This Privacy Policy explains how M87 Labs LLC ("M87 Labs", "we", "us" or "our") handles information in connection with the mobile apps we publish (the "Apps") and this website. By using an App, you agree to the practices described here.
Information we collect
What information is collected, if any, depends on each App and the features you use. Each App's specific data practices, including what data is collected or shared, why, and whether it is optional, are described in the Data safety section of that App's listing on Google Play.
We aim to collect only the information an App needs to work and to improve it. If an App asks for a device permission (for example, access to photos or notifications), it uses that permission only for the feature that needs it, and you can change permissions at any time in your device settings.
If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include in your message, and we use it to respond to you.
How we use information
We use information to provide, maintain and improve the Apps, to respond to support requests, to keep the Apps secure, and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
Third-party services
Some Apps may use third-party services, such as Google Play services, to provide certain features. Where an App uses a third-party service that may collect information, that App's Google Play listing identifies it in the Data safety section, and those services handle information under their own privacy policies.
Apps are distributed through Google Play, and your use of Google Play is governed by Google's own terms and privacy policy.
Data retention and security
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described above, or as required by law. We use reasonable measures to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children's privacy
Unless an App's Google Play listing states otherwise, our Apps are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@m87labs.dev and we will delete it.
Your choices and data deletion requests
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by emailing support@m87labs.dev. Please include the name of the App and enough detail for us to find the relevant information. We may need to verify your request, and we will respond within a reasonable time. Some information may be retained where we are required to keep it by law.
Uninstalling an App removes the data it stores only on your device.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and change the effective date above. If changes are significant, we may also provide notice within the affected App.
